GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Offer and Sale of products on the website prinp.com are governed by the following General Terms and Conditions.
In compliance with National and International Regulations for Electronic Commerce, Prinp’s goal is to allow consumers to purchase different types of editorial products online – books and editorial publications in “on paper” format (printed and bound) and in “electronic and digital” (ebooks and related applications).
The customer declares and guarantees that the data provided for the execution of the contract are correct and truthful; who, whenever making a purchase, has read the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and the information on the Right of Cancellation, specified below, accepting them.
The General Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian Law and in particular by the Legislative Decree September 6th 2005 n. 206, on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the Legislation on Distance Contracts and the Legislative Decree April 9th 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning Electronic Commerce.
The following General Terms and Conditions may be modified by Prinp, without notice, also in consideration of any Regulatory Changes. Any new General Terms and Conditions will be valid from the date of publication on the website prinp.com and will be applied to sales concluded after the new disclosure.
ORDERS
The Conditions in force are deemed to have been expressly accepted by the customer at the same time that he completes the order and the relative payment, by filling out the Order Form in electronic format. Once completed, it is transmitted electronically by the system to Prinp.
The order sent by the customer must be complete in every parts. Failure or incorrect provision of data necessarily implies the impossibility of fulfilling the obligations deriving from any concluded sales contract.
The order, only if correctly completed in all its parts and if accepted, will be archived in Prinp database for the period of time necessary for processing and in any case in accordance to the law.
Prinp will send the customer by e-mail, for all the products purchased, a confirmation with the order summary and shipping times.
The order summary will contain information relating to the products purchased, including, where applicable, unit and total price, means of payment, costs and expected shipping times.
PRICES
The prices for each item offered for sale on the website Prinp are expressed in Euros and are intended to the public inclusive of VAT (VAT paid for printed books Art.74 C.1 lett. C of Presidential Decree 633/72, and 4% for Ebook), Shipping Costs and Transaction Fees for credit card purchases excluded. Prinp reserves the right to change the prices indicated on the pages of its website without prior notice. In the case of price increases or discounts occurring after the acquisition of orders not yet fulfilled, Prinp will still apply the prices in place on the site at the time of the order.
PAYMENTS
All orders are understood to be acquired upon completion of payment.
Prinp accepts payments by bank transfer, credit cards, debit cards, Paypal.
In case of payment by card, the financial information (for example the credit / debit card number or date of expiry) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to the PayPal circuit, which provides the related electronic payment services to distance, without third parties having access to it in any way. Furthermore, these informations will not be known to Prinp neither.
Online credit card transactions are carried out directly on the PayPal site through a secure server that adopts the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system. PayPal also offers a series of tools for the protection of online transactions: anti-fraud risk models able to detect and predict fraudulent transactions before they can compromise your company; use of data encryption more extensively than other service companies financial. In the event that reimbursement operations resulting from the return of products are necessary following the exercise of the Right of Return, Prinp will implement, through the affiliated banking circuits, the procedures necessary for the successful completion of the reimbursement.
Prinp will issue all fiscal documents together with the delivered goods.
SHIPMENTS
Shipping costs are specified separately and are visible when filling the order form and before its completion. These costs may vary according to the destination, type and weight of the goods and are always charged to the customer.
The delivery timing indicated on the site are purely indicative, it being understood that Prinp undertakes, unless otherwise specified, to deliver the ordered products to the forwarder in a timeline relevant to the type of shipment chosen by the customer (ordinary or express shipment) and in any case not more than 10 (ten) working days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded) from the date of issue of the order confirmation.
Any damage due to transport must be reported to the forwarder upon delivery and promptly communicated by e-mail to Prinp.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
Complaints, in the event that the editorial products are delivered damaged or with defects, must be communicated in writing, by e-mail, within 8 (eight) days of receipt of the goods and must clearly report the necessary references (product code, order confirmation number, bill number, number and date of the invoice or tax receipt, etc.) under the conditions that will be established from time to time.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 54 of the Italian Consumer Code, the customer, within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the product, may exercise the Right of Cancellation, obtaining a full refund of the amounts paid for the purchase of the Product including shipping costs.
To exercise the Right of Cancellation, the customer must send a communication by e-mail to the following address within the specified deadline: ordini(at)prinp.com.
In the event of Cancellation, Prinp will promptly notify the customer, by e-mail to the address indicated by the latter, that the cancellation has been confirmed.
Within 14 (fourteen) days following the date of the notice of Cancellation, the User must return the product to the address indicated on the cancellation confirmation e-mail by registered mail or with traceable shipping, bearing the full shipping costs.
Once the product has been received or in any case if the User has sent proof that the product has been shipped, Prinp will refund through the payment method chosen by the User at the time of the order.
The products in relation to which the customer has exercised the Right of Cancellation must be intact and will be returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including the packaging and any ancillary documentation); If the returned product is damaged during transport, Prinp will only be required to notify the Customer of the incident in order to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the forwarder chosen by him, against whom (and / or the relative insurance company) retaliate.
Prinp has the Right to Cancellation from each order concluded by the Customer, giving the same written communication via e-mail, as well as not accepting any order from users or customers who have implemented irregular behavior, hostile towards Prinp, or who are suspected of behavior contrary to the law or imposed by an order of a judicial authority.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All information, data, news, all trademarks reproduced, all softwares and / or technologies and / or in any case any type of content transmitted by Prinp in execution of the service, are confidential and protected. The User is therefore authorized to use the aforementioned data, information, news and contents, for personal use only, undertaking not to distribute, disseminate, license or transfer by any means, including telematic, publication, transfer to third parties for any reason. said contents. However, Prinp is not responsible for intellectual property rights relating to products for sale whose owners are expressly indicated therein. Any use of intellectual property rights in any way and / or form, in whole and / or in part, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Prinp or its licensors.
The pages of the prinp.com site with their contents and related images are protected by copyright and any other intellectual property rights of Prinp and other rights holders.
The exclusive owner of the logos and registered trademarks “Prinp” and “Prinp Editoria d’Arte” and “prinp.com” and any other distinctive sign that includes the word “Prinp” is Prinp. Prinp is also the owner of the web domains “prinp.com”, “prinp.it”, “prinp.net” and “prinp.org”.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Service will be governed, in addition to these Conditions, by Italian Law and Jurisdiction, in particular, with exclusive reference to the User who may qualify as a Consumer, by the rules of Chapter I of Title III of Part III of the Italian Consumer Code.
Any dispute that may arise between the Parties regarding the validity, interpretation or execution of these Conditions will be subject to Italian Jurisdiction. Without prejudice to the provisions of Art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code and in any case if the User cannot qualify as a Consumer, the Court of Torino will be exclusively competent for the resolution of disputes arising between the Parties.
