Roberto Tarallo Giovando, director, photographer and artist, was born in Villastellone (TO) on May 2, 1959. Since 2008 he has been divided between Turin, Villastellone, Cintano Canavese and Rio de Janeiro. Codigo Rio de Janeiro is his latest creative leisure project in post-industrial society.
He is very passionate about drawing and painting and loves sports: football and athletics. He helps his father as a photographer in his hometown in the province of Turin. At 13, he was chosen as a juror in the first art competition held among the students of his middle school, a competition dedicated to ecology, a subject that broke out after the industrialization of the fabulous 60s and the consequent uncontrolled pollution.
He has made numerous exhibitions in Italy and abroad, has participated in film festivals and is the author of photographic books.
