LIMONGELLI MICHELE

MICHELE LIMONGELLI

Michele Limongelli was born in Minervino Murge on 18 February 1944 and lived there until 1963 when, having completed his studies (he was the first mechanical industrial expert in his country), he emigrated to the North to settle permanently in Turin a few years later. In adulthood he attended the Political Sciences faculty, because he was passionate about economics and law. He lives in Volpiano, in the northern belt of Turin. He worked for 15 years in a Magneti Marelli factory. He went away to measure himself in other things. He has worked with two other medium-sized companies building, assembling assembly lines, overhead conveyors, transferring departments to Fiat, Michelin, Pininfarina, building test plants in the aviation sector. “I was poor but I was proud to have been respected by many and to have always compared my name to that of my country of origin – he recently told friends – I was a technician but I have always loved history, literature, music, a love that has accompanied me all my life and that sometimes manifests itself in an attempt to write something of mine unworthily ”.
