ARCHIVIO FRANCESCO TABUSSO

The Francesco Tabusso Archive, established in Turin in 2013 on the initiative of the artist’s family, preserves the documentary collection and the library which attest to sixty years of activity of the painter Francesco Tabusso.
In 2019, following the substantial work of cataloging the works present in public and private collections, the Archive published the Catalog raisonné of paintings 1946 – 2011 edited by Elena Pontiggia and Veronica Cavallaro.
A publication was also dedicated to the Canticle of Creatures, the monumental altarpiece painted by Tabusso for the Church of San Francesco al Fopponino, designed by Gio Ponti.
Over the last 10 years the association has promoted historical-critical research, editorial projects and exhibitions, also in collaboration with other institutions, bodies and museums.
The scientific committee of the Francesco Tabusso Archive is made up of Elena Pontiggia, Veronica Cavallaro, Nicola De Maria, Maria Giulia Alemanno, Gustavo and Paola Tabusso, Paola and Grazia Gian Ferrari.
